As Managing Partner, Shirish Karnik leads Element’s sales and business strategy, including technology partnerships, alliances, vendor management and innovation. Shirish is passionate about creating fans and advocates by bringing Element ’s bold ambitions to life for customers and partners, enabling their journey in embracing new technologies. He has spent quality time with customers, partners and employees in countries across the globe providing a rich perspective on what it takes to drive customer and partner success.

With extensive experience of successfully executing large complex outsourcing deals in IT and BPO services, he has successfully managed business across Clinical Systems, Manufacturing, Regulatory Submissions, Supply Chain and Management Sciences group at multiple global Lifesciences companies. He has also managed large outsourcing programs of Financial services and Telecom services clients in North America, and has successfully executed a Shared System Architecture program for one of the largest Credit card processing firms in the world. Shirish is a strategist and principal growth driver with core skills of building new service lines and driving new market adoption.

Mr. Shirish has great interests in painting and is also an avid reader. His other pastimes include, Cooking, Sports and Music.
