Mr. Sharma comes to Element with over three decades of professional experience in Strategic Consulting, Business Development, and Client Management.  Mr. Sharma has been instrumental in thought leadership and implementation of large scale LSTK/EPC projects for Oil & Gas, Power, Refinery & Petrochemicals, Steel, Telecommunication, Information Technology industries.

 

Mr. Sharma has a proven track record in developing new markets and executing enterprise business strategies to deliver measurable results by creating extensive value for customer organizations.

 

Mr. Sharma has vast experience in working with a leading Government of India Enterprises, in various leadership roles. In his current role at Element, Mr. Sharma is responsible for corporate strategy, new market development and operational guidance.
